The elevator was not operable and the 3rd floor door slammed when it shut, we heard every time it opened/shut.

It was located in an area that was densely populated with shopping centers.
Negatives:
The hotel itself was just awful. The experience from checking in, to the room. The room was dirty and the structure felt unsafe. Literally just a whole in the wall.

Didn’t stay both days due...

The location near the freeway interchange suited our needs that day to go south the next morning.

It seemed like a flop house and was noisy during the night. The hallway carpets were very dirty, the tile floor in our room was sticky and only a half roll of toilet paper. The hot breakfast had just 3 egg "pancakes", a few bagels and cereal left at 730

The carpet wasn't even vacuumed, and someone hot my car in the parking lot.

This was more like a motel with the added displeasure of having prostitutes walking the parking lot.

There were bed bugs and then they rudely kicked us out saying we brought them they also refused to give us back the money for the remaining reservation. We only stayed two nights and our reservation was for 6 nights. Horrible experience
