Door lock inside not working. Had to put a chair on the door. Overflowing toilet and when reported to the night shift receptionist I was handled a plunger to go fix the toilet! Dirty curtains. This is a one star level!

Nothing! The entire building was filthy! From the walkway outside, garbage overflowing, windows, carpet, and exterior corridors. It looked like a drug den & probably why the room we were given had been recently broken into with a crow bar & window broke.
Negatives:
Entry door lock had been recently broken into with a crow bar. You could see daylight thru the door jam. Window cracked and unsafe. Beds had not been made with fresh linens. Room was filthy. Garbage overflowing in corridors. Disgusting. Unsafe. We left.

Elevator was out. Ice on the stairs. Undisclosed security deposit. Room was damaged upon arrival (floor lifting, cabinet doors hanging)

None. The worst hotel I have ever seen.

Filthy floor, dirty linen, strong cigarette smoke smell, dirty vents, broken locks on doors, unsafe and dangerous conditions with people hanging outside the rooms. Ended up leaving in few hours
