Breakfast was not available. The doors that should be secure were not. No carts available to bring luggage into room so we had to make a few trips back to our vehicle. The remote for the television was not available..??? You only had two very small pillows to sleep on. The room was not clean.

This was the worst experience...

The price, but then when they tried to raise the price on me after telling me it was ok to almost double, I could stay at a nicer hotel.
Negatives:
Communication about pricing was not good. It seemed to change depending on how management felt. I was booked for 30 days and was told I could pay however I like and although they prefered weekly I could pay every couple days or any other way I wanted to. So I was paying daily and they didn't like that and even though I was committed to staying and was paying the same rate as if I was booked for 30 days (which was my plan to stay there), they were not all of a sudden willing to work with it. I also explained to them that I was about to get paid and I would book for a few weeks in advance like I did when I first stayed. Shampoo the hallway carpets and do something about the people that smoke weed in their rooms and it would not take much to make that hotel nice but lack of attention to detail is very high. Offered me a suite and it's like they were ok offering it to me with stains on the couch and a horrible smell. I had to fix my own bed because it took another day for someone to come and help fix it, i had to clean the dishes because they were not cleaned, and the toilet was broke for a few days until the guy came and fixed it. They offered to move me but I had already had all my stuff there and already cleaned the place myself including taking toenails out of the sink...yes... I told them all of this.... I was afraid to get something worse so I turned it down the offer down for another room and based on the suite they offered me I was right.

Room could have been cleaner, was charged double and had trouble trying to get my money refunded. Staff was very rude about the situation. Staff are not trained properly, no one could help me and kept telling me to call and talk to a certain person who was never there when I called. When I asked for corporate's number they said they don't know it.

It's terrible. As you enter the hotel lobby your van smell smoke and weed. The cleaning lady is the receptionist. The rooms say non smoking, but the rooms are very smokey and smells very disgusting. The entire hote is unclean. Never stay near. We are charged for the rooms type that are not available. Carpet is very very very dirty. Bathroom water tub is clogged. Throughout the night there is smoking smells coming inside the room. Waste of time and money. Could not sleep well. No good things to say about this hotel.
