It's terrible. As you enter the hotel lobby your van smell smoke and weed. The cleaning lady is the receptionist. The rooms say non smoking, but the rooms are very smokey and smells very disgusting. The entire hote is unclean. Never stay near. We are charged for the rooms type that are not available. Carpet is very very very dirty. Bathroom water tub is clogged. Throughout the night there is smoking smells coming inside the room. Waste of time and money. Could not sleep well. No good things to say about this hotel.

Not much honestly. Hate to say it. I can usually find something nice to say.

Where to start. The front desk staff were unattentive and dejected, the bathroom door in our room looked as if it had been kicked in during a raid and never fixed. The shower did not have a shower curtain, we stayed 2 or three days and they never brought us one. The lack of towels was disheartening. Then there was the whole debacle where i was charged twice for my room and it took two weeks and a long phone call with my bank to correct it. Overall just not a great expereience. I'm glad it was cheap.

The manager Chelsea Morton was horrible, the lack of empathy for someone in her position was appalling ( she finally issued a refund and was basically forcing us to leave without rectifing our stay to be moved to a new location). Your facility is disgusting and not presentable for humans to sleep/eat in. The fact that there's no system in place to know if you already have a guest in a room is beyond me. All praises unto Yahuah that Fran works for the same property management or you'd be all over the news. Not sure how someone who's worked for Marriott international has no clue on what's going on, on the property they manage. Also didn't like how they advertise breakfast but only had coffee, and didn't appreciate the roaches and ear wax smeared on the walls

Room was finished being cleaned after my check in. I found food on floor (not swept). Dirty dishes with mold in dishwasher. Disposal did not work. Microwave did not work. Three days during my stay no toilet paper was available, but I was given a box of tissue to replace toilet paper with. My requests to fix problems never taken care of. No breakfast only coffee. No coffee machine in suite like advertised.
