Room was not clean, especially the bathroom. The dead bolt lock was ripped off the door, whole hotel smelled like weed, the front office staff was rude when we checked in and floor had ripped carpet in it in the room.

11/28/24 i was trying to book a reservation for my room nd it wouldnt go through. So I called the desk to see what was going on nd they said there was already one than they tell me I didn't pay nd they said it was a mistake

Wouldn't give me refund, credit or anything because I booked room through Booking.com. They said, "Booking.com had to get refund for me because I booked through Booking.com. Please get my refund for me. Thank you.

The hotel didn't give me a refund because I booked with Booking.com. unbelievable, when the hotel didn't hesitate to v take my payment???

Clean, comfortable room. But security lock was broken
Negatives:
Staff seemed inept both checking in and checking out. Also, it was a minor detail that clerk al.ost forgot to tell me the elevator was broken and I had a third floor room

It was close to where we had to be.

For the quality, small pool and cleanliness the price was high. The entire building smelled of weed. Loud people carrying on until 3am. Breakfast was eh
