Location was great for us. Hotel has been updated nicely.
Negatives:
Our only complaint and problem was the fan noise of the wall heating unit. The blower was excessively loud. On our second night we went without heat in hopes of sleeping. Unit did not allow for simply leaving the fan on so that on-off was not disturbing.

It was a great experience

The breakfast was a little lacking but OK. It closed at 9:30 on the weekend and 9:00 during the week. We were on vacation and didn't necessarily want to get going before 9:00
Positives:
We are returning guests. Most everything was spot on! Amenities as usual were amazing and the rooms were very clean. The location is great, not far from keeping busy.
Negatives:
The only difference from this stay as to our past stays was there was minimal housekeeping. From what I understand they were very short staffed and we were there 4 days and not once did we get our room cleaned. I mean nothing negative just an observation. The front desk was apologetic and kind.

Breakfast was a joke. I'm not sure why they bother. Cold coffee (when they actually had coffee) . Language barrier with the housekeeping staff. They never once offered to clean our room or replace any items during our four day stay. We had to track down a housekeeper to get fresh towels and toiket paper. She didn't understand or speak any English. We were very disappointed.. I definitely will not stay here again.
