The ease of booking and getting to my room.
Negatives:
Few plugs in the room worked. I needed my phone for the GPS in the morning and realized the plug I thought was finally working hadn't. Also the only thing I could eat on my restricted diet (for health reasons) was two boiled eggs. You need a wider option. The eggs were not out when I went down and I had to request them.

Poor facilities and staff didnt know how to secure a taxi service for me

The door had to be opened a certain way since it was slightly broken.
The room smelled of mildew or mold.
The whole building had a weird, dirty smell.
There were some big stains on the bed, side chair, and the desk chair.
There were about 5-6 black bugs in the bathroom in the morning.
