The morning front desk person, and the woman who oversees the buffet were extremely friendly. They answered any questions I had, and even helped my son make his waffle when my hands were full they made it feel like home.
Negatives:
The staff at the nighttime check-in desk seemed very confused, and it took quite a while to get checked in. They were not terribly friendly.

Breakfast was good, for an included breakfast. Bagels, toast, english muffins jams, PB, 2 types of eggs, sausages, ham, milk ,OJ, yogurt, apples, bananas, porridge, make your own waffles, and very good coffee Area is kept clean and ladies attending are very helpful and kind.
Negatives:
We have stayed here before...about a year ago. The rooms were not cleaned very well this time. Our carpeted room had a large stain on the floor and the bathroom had pink mold in the corners. Room smelled "doggy"
On the other hand, the beds were very comfortable and the sheets were clean and very soft. They were very quick to provide us with anything extra we needed. Kitchen and fridge in the room were clean. We did not use other facilities as we were only there to sleep. Good black out blinds! Good A/C.
