The pool and breakfast were nice.
Negatives:
It's seemed like a bad part of town. Police sirens almost all nice. The lobby was nice but my room wasn't too great. The bathroom had a funny smell to it. Stains on the furniture and the kitchen utensils were dirty with food still on them. Bed was broken so hard to get comfortable.

Pleasant hotel, with nice amenities and common areas. We enjoyed our stay. This property is a good choice if you are going to be spending time on the property. The rooms are spacious and well appointed.

I didn't like that I came to check in around 3:10 (running behind a bit), but when I checked in the room wasn't ready. I was told it would be a half and hour. I waited till 3:50pm to check, and it still wasn't ready. Didn't get to check in till after 4:30pm. Front desk guy said there was some type of miscommunication.

Close to Western Michigan University. This exact location was not a nice area though. Better to go 10 min further in Portage for a hotel.
Negatives:
Dirty room- dark female hair in the sheets, blonde long hair on the bathroom door, dog hair all over the throw pillow, large stain on the pull out mattress with no sheets or blanket in the room for the pullout, debris under pullout. Poor security!
