Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

I did not like that the site says king beds and they are all queen. Also that there are additional fees after paying for everything prior to the visit

Aminitys were nice. Room upgrade was nice. Kitchenette was nice.

Surcharge for pet was not communicated until check in. Charge was 1/3 the room cost. Had to sleep with windows open due to fumes burning nose and throat from heater unit. When lying in bed, feet were higher than head. Tried pull out, not sleepabel.

Nothing, when we arrive the room wasn’t clean properly, the bed was terribly soft and broken, me and my parter sink into the mattress. In 4 days of staying no one com to clean the room or even to change the towels. In the last morning one of the housekeeper try to enter in the room that I had the “ do not disturb” hanging on the door. In my opinion, the price was way too high for all this condition. You can have better quality and less money .Overall, the experience was bad.

Very nice, except for the bugs in the bathroom.

We were told we had a king size bed, and there were no king size beds. Also, there were bugs crawling all over in the bathroom.

The room was fully stocked and the employees were amazing.

We did have to switch rooms because of the toilet having an issue but they hotel did get us into another room quickly and close to the one we had to move from.
