I came all the way from Vegas and flew out here to spend time with family. The room and the location was great.
Also the basketball court was kool but all the balls were flat

First day There was a car park on the parking lot and something was sticking out of it that blocks the side walk. My dad end up tripping over and fell and was bleeding badly first night. Also the pool was closed during Halloween. The weather was cold for kids to go trick or treating, so i had the kids got ready to go swimming but the pool was closed. The manager took the pool key home. There was no extra key to let the guest enjoy their pool time being there. The pool was closed and the jacuzzi was out of commission. I was embarrassed and disappointed and saw the kids face and wanted to go home after.

The breakfast was ok. The pool was nice even though I had to ask for towels
Negatives:
The room was dirty. Stains on due bedspread. Dishes in dishwasher dirty. Bottles in closet from previous guest. No coffee maker. Had to buy own Coffee and filters. When I did get a coffee maker it was filthy too. I had to buy a coffee maker cleaner to use it. Also there was not enough dishes to use to make meals. I had to ask for this. The room was very run down.

The pool was closed. According to hotel staff the pool had been closed for awhile. No information disseminated from booking.com. This was a mini-vacation for my family. Completely unacceptable. I have never had a problem before booking with this website. Actually, I love using booking.com. Just not this time.
