Receptionist was Rude and not...

We tried to check in at 5 pm when check in is supposed to be at 3pm. They didn't have any rooms ready and didn't have any idea when they would. Guy at the front desk didn't care about our situation at all. Just said come back sometime later. When we came back a few hours later they had a room for us but didn't have any extra pillows for the person sleeping on the pullout couch.
There is not enough space in the lobby area for people to eat in the morning. When we went down in the morning for breakfast they didn't have the waffle maker out and didn't have any coffee, they had ran out earlier. Garbage cans were over flowing with trash and the lady doing the breakfast was just sitting in the back kitchen doing nothing.
Find somewhere else to stay. It's not worth the hassle especially for the price they charge

I stayed there for 3 nights and cleaning on the initial day was not conducted.

Cleanliness of the room. Front desk staff was extremely helpful particularly Annette.

We waited 15-20 minutes for the eggs and Canadian bacon. The hotel is severely understaffed. There was only 2 employees initially to handle everything. It’s a little unreasonable for front desk to handle cleaning up areas. Food hours weren’t great. It’s spring break time and it would be open a little longer. Also, no indication the pool was closed until we walked to it. In addition, fire alarm went off twice.
The worst part was someone was smoking on the second floor and it reeked of marijuana.
