Let’s start with the front desk the person checking in wasn’t happy I was there no smile greeting me. Then I get in the room and there was the smallest pillows on the bed I should have brought my own. I got in the bathroom and there was ants all over the floor. I went to let the front desk know and there was no one to be found. Rang the bell stood there for 10 minutes and no one showed. When I dropped my key card off I rang the bell again to let someone know and again no one to be found stood there for 10 more minutes and said for get it.

The room was clean and sparkled very comfortable. Bigger TV lots of channel selections bed was very comfortable. Breakfast selections were better then most I've had in years from waffles to cheesey eggs and sausage paties to 4 juices and cereal, toast and fruit and yogurt! Well done Best Western! Pool and hot tub were open and well maintained.
