Quality Inn And Suites Beachfront

Negatives: lobby closed when arrived directed to check in at hotel down the street. No towels in room amenities at hotel closed room phone inoperative, plunger in bathroom was required on toilet.

Negatives: The pool was warmer then the hot tub. The lock was broken on the room door. No vending machines worked. There were dirty linens in the room. The TV did not work. The staff was very rude.

Negatives: Only One staff who might be overworked at the front desk.The room was ok but the knob for the shower was not functioning well, got cold shower, the tv needs an IT expert to figure out how to work, the breakfast was not in the hotel but you have to go to the next hotel Clarion to get it , but we were not told during check in.. The front desk is closed and no sign that breakfast will be in clarion. Finally when front desk open up, we ask for the manager. We are ready to leave so we cant we cant go to that Clarion for breakfast so, I am checking if they have complimentary coffee by the front desk. Its empty.None available.They gave us the number of Michael and I called and got hold for more than 30 mins. No answer and another lady answer and ask for my info and never get a call back from the manager. Quality Inn higher mgt. needs to know this. Thats this specific location is not maintaining its quality.

Negatives: A dirty feeling. Carpet and furniture needs to be updated

Negatives: They dont inform you at check in about the payment policy, they took a test payment out of my account that is still pending days later, even after the full amount was charged and posted. The slider cannot be open due to the screen being damaged, insects easily were able to enter the room. Lampshade was broken. Water in the bathtub ran yellow.

Negatives: Misleading. Stated Belgium waffle for breakfast, no breakfast at all. Matter of fact gave us coupons for local resturant. Very disappointing. Indoor pool was a building alone. Had to walk through the parking lot, beware with kids. Beach and rooms nasty.

Negatives: Room smelled musty. TV & phone didn't work. BED BUGS

Negatives: Shower was broken

Negatives: Dirty room, rude staff, no cover on elect outlet,way overpriced. I could go on but I won't. I have stayed in hotels across the country and back. This one is the worst one.

Negatives: Our A/C wouldnt work the first night. The second night it kicked on out of no where when we was gone come back to the room ice cold and then it turned off and wouldnt turn back in

Negatives: Very old and outdated, the shower was gross and the shower head wasnt even high enough for my friend or I to comfortably shower. The parking lot is very tight and near impossible to get in and out of. I come to mackinaw every year and this was my second visit just this summer, and I will never stay here again
