The location and price were excellent. The desk clerk was fantastic. She was very friendly and super helpful. I'd love to come back in the summer and stay at this place.

Definitely outdated. I got bit by a spider in my bed the first night. Big ugly one. But that was probably due to the lack of use in the room because it's off season. Not a big deal. It is Michigan.

The location was good.. very accessible to the town's amenities. Drive up to the door for unloading luggage - very convenient.

Breakfast..! No breakfast! Wi-fi was out in the town for about an hour, but was OK once restored. Hi had to call to find out as there was no access communicate with front desk. No phone in the room.

Location was convenient. The room appeared to be very clean.
Negatives:
We knew it would be old, possibly outdated, which would have been ok. However, it reeked of mold or mildew and set my allergies off right away. AC was an old window unit not working well. We were able to move to nearby Thunderbird hotel that was where we checked in per instructions on the lobby door.
