the room I was given was NOT the same room I booked, when I booked the room it said it had a whirlpool in the room which the room did not have so I was very disappointed

Quick check in, nice location right on the beach. It was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
We have stayed here twice and both times the in -room d=coffee was missing any cream or sugar. A lady had 2 large dogs loose running the hall. I know I can't really hold the property responsible but still it was unnecessary.

The room was clean, great location, on Lake Michigan, near good restaurants.

My check was painful the young lady was rude and I have stayed in the hotel several times this will be the last time.

Breakfast was average at best! Pillows were like rocks.

For an Econolodge it had lots of extras-spa area with tanning bed, gym with sauna, and a massage chair. Out the back door you could access a couple of picnic tables right at the edge of Michgan Lake. The desk staff was very nice and accommodating.

We arrived tired from a long drive but we were checked in quickly. Clerk was polite.
Positives:
Beds were unfortunately super hard and room was dirty, lots of echo in the room especially from the hallway considering the amount of money paid for the room I wont be staying again unfortunately
