The staff were helpful.
Negatives:
I was very disappointed with the state of the hotel. The lobby looked fine, but as you walk towards the hallway towards the rooms, the carpets were quite dirty. The room wasn't any better. The carpet was filthy, the bathroom and all the surfaces weren't cleaned. I bought wipes and cleaned it myself. I would rate this hotel a 0 if I could in terms of cleanliness. The staff was helpful and quite nice, but ultimately the hotel wasn't nice so I wouldnt stay here again.

The first room I checked into upon arrival I found out within 10 min the toilet didn't flush but when I notified the front desk they immediately changed my room and have me a complimentary breakfast coupon

Luggage carts were only at the front door. Walking to the room required stairs or a very long walk. There were no signs on the floor to indicate which way to which room numbers. Room service menu did not show delivery charge.
