Negatives:
The first room I checked into upon arrival I found out within 10 min the toilet didn't flush but when I notified the front desk they immediately changed my room and have me a complimentary breakfast coupon

Luggage carts were only at the front door. Walking to the room required stairs or a very long walk. There were no signs on the floor to indicate which way to which room numbers. Room service menu did not show delivery charge.

This is the dirtiest 4 star hotel I've ever seen. This should be rated as 2 stars. Bed sheets had blood stains, room was not vacuumed. Bathroom garbage was not removed before we checked in. Toilet paper was not replenished. Crawling bugs in the room

I booked a 2 queen size beds room, but when I got to the room i found they are more double than queen size, I expressed my regret to the front disk personal, he replied by this is considered queen size by hotels definition !!!!!

The front disk personal is rude and miserable, I JUST HAVE TO SAY I HAD A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

A few guests were noisy after midnight, possibly after a wedding reception held there that night. No continental breakfast.
