Location and the rooms.

Stayed 7 days and price was increased for Thursday, Friday & Sat due to MSU home game.
Breakfast was not as great as usual, and had to go in the back to ask the attendant to bring out more items. First, she had to hang up the phone.

Good location! Room was nice. We had to leave before breakfast was available.

Website pictures showed a hot tub and there is NO hot tub. We booked this hotel with the sole premis of relaxing in the hot tub. Also, the original room we were given had the fire alarm going off, we were transferred to another room but staff did not call maintenance to resolve the issue!

We ran out of towels, there were no clean ones available. Trash was sitting outside doors for multiple days. I think I only saw a housekeeping person 1 time. Also, there are no large trash cans on the property that I could find.

staff was not professional and not willing to help when we were given the wrong room. they pretty much said “too bad” we are at capacity. asked for pillows for the couch that they could t give us. asked for a sheet to put on the pull out couch and was met with eye rolling. very rude staff

The room smelled like pets. Our key cards stopped working at least 4 times. The room was rundown. The breakfast was terrible. The very few dishes in the room’s kitchen were dirty. There was no fan in the bathroom.
