Positives:
Everything was great except the bathroom sink, which would not drain. We couldn’t call to get it fixed because we had a small dog with us And did not want to have somebody coming to the room when we weren’t there so we had to deal with it for the weekend.

Overall, a very pleasant day...
Positives:
The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice the breakfast was nice.
Negatives:
The pool room needs a major upgrade for the pool and hot tub dirty and loudest hot tub I ever heard. The upstairs ice machine being not only broken but leaking water that they just let sit. But these are all my complaints there's way more good than bad why I gave you guys a 9 if you had a decent pool room and different stuff for breakfast each morning this is a upper end 3 star hotel.

Overall a good place to...
Positives:
I enjoyed specifically that they have a dispenser of lemon water in the lobby at all times, lmao. Also having a red velvet option for the breakfast waffle. The room was good (Though I remember the TV menu being finicky?) and had both a fridge and microwave if memory serves. Location is mostly great- there's a bunch of restaurants, gas stations, and a Meijer nearby.
Negatives:
Note I said the location is MOSTLY great- the property is accessible via stroad and adjacent to a bridge over a freeway, making the vicinity unpleasant to walk through. There's not an awful lot one can do about this. Other than that - we stayed 2 days and noted that they do not rotate sausage with bacon, instead serving only sausage. I was somewhat disappointed!

Good continental breakfast they moved us rooms someone had a dog the night before and it swelled bad they even tried cleaning the carpet

2 of the staff members were very rude and they tried to charge us 115 for a extra night and after we paid 90 that we were told by the Manger that's what it would cost us

The beds were the so comfortable. We had the best sleep and did not want to wake up to head back home. I wish we could have stayed another night! :)

Friendly staff, ground floor pet...
Positives:
As soon as we opened the room door, it smelled so clean. The room size was nice, and the beds were very comfortable, but it was high for me. I had to jump into it. Breakfast was pretty good, with the usual stuff. Also they are very pet friendly.
Negatives:
The hot tub was out of order, and the pool was crazy busy with kids for us to use.

Positives:
The breakfast was ok. Ran out of too many things for the following day. The room it was in was WAY too small! The kids there were very, very noisy, running, stomping and slamming doors. Staff should have asked parents to quiet things down for other guests.
Negatives:
Staff being more responsive to noise level for other guests. The food order was delayed which caused missing items. Could have been better. A better variety of cereal would have been appreciated.

Beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms and facilities were clean! Breakfast was a 10/10. Lots of options and staff was friendly.

The hot tub was broken at the time and the pool seemed to be slightly dirty and needing a cleaning. But overall not much to complain about.
