It’s nice, unfortunately this time there was a huge problem. Young guess were playing floor hockey in the entrance archway loud and disturbing even after midnight. Tried to get front desk help around 10:30 pm without success, no one answered the phone. Finally my door was hit hard with their ball and I had to open my door and yelled at them to go to bed , this was after midnight. I did lodge a complaint the next day but the response was just the minimum and dismissed my complaint because it was unfortunate .

Normally very good, but this time I had problems with the door to my room, it was not shutting properly which made it difficult to enter or exit catching at the top of the door with its frame. This created problems unlocking it or making sure it was locked when going out .

This hotel has so much potential. Room was spacious and the amount of amenities are great. The staff member that checked us in was great. The other was extremely new and couldn't really help with much but he tried.

Everything was dirty. Gob of hair in the in room Jacuzzi. Leaves in the indoor pool. Pool smelled like urine. Looked like dead worm on the floor in the pool area and it was there all 3 days we were there. Bags of trash broke open and spilled out on the floor in the hallways a few places around the property for 2 days. Breakfast was eggs rubbery enough to play Frisbee with. There was coffee and all the fixings in our king suite but no coffee pot and the guy at front desk had no idea what to do when I asked him about it because he was brand new. I never did get coffee. We actually ended up leaving early at like 2 am our last day because we couldn't sleep because we were do disappointed and uncomfortable so we just went home. Sadly this was supposed to be our honeymoon mini trip because we eloped and didn't want to leave or teenager unattended completely for days so we stayed local. Definitely thought better of that hotel before we stayed there. I have spent way less money to stay in much better quality places. It was quite disappoing and we can never get that time back.
