Ground transportation from and to airport was efficient and convenient. The room was clean, quiet and well appointed. The wifi was fast and appreciated. The breakfast was surprisingly good and plentiful.

The room was cleaned good. Like I said before housekeeping didnt even take out trash out of the room nor did they make the bed. The doors were nasty lights didnt work. One lamp was broken.

It is in a convenient location to the airport. The receptionists were very friendly.
Negatives:
We had a poor experience with the cleanliness and poor maintenance of the rooms. The toilet lid was up and pee splattered all over it and the floor. A very nice receptionist cleaned it for me after she couldn't find someone in housecleaning. Then I noticed the disgusting fan above the toilet that was moldy and dripping. There was also mold over the shower. It made the feel of the entire room seem unclean. The other room was missing furniture and had large gashes on the walls. It is directly in a flight path and very loud. The room smells mildewy and had an old smoke smell. The air quality in the room was poor. The hotel offered a full refund but Booking.com has only refunded a small portion. I won't use Booking.com again as it's very difficult to navigate any issues.
