Reservation was there was when we arrived, front desk was friendly, and able to give dinner recommendations, towels were very soft, bed comfortable, room quiet, pillows soft, breakfast was wonderful.

The location is great. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Decent hot breakfast included. The indoor heated pool was fabulous
Negatives:
Would love to have had a hot tub available. I brought bubble bath to take a soak in the tub, but the bathtub in the queen suite we had wouldn't plug the drain to hold water, so we couldn't even take a bubble bath. Other than that, it was very nice.
