This was the worst hotel ever filthy dirty Entire hotel smell like smoke cigarettes and marijuana. No towels in the room. Call front desk and she said they were closed for towels so no service what so every. Totally a waste of money

I chose the hotel because it was the one who had the best criticisms in cleanliness. And, in my case, I decided to leave two days before because it was an absolute disaster. The elevator zone was not cleaned. The elevator had millenary spots on the ground. And the smell of rotten fish was unbearable. In addition the corridors of the first floor stamping in garbage. The carpets were so dirty that to walk for them, I had the black socks. I do not recommend at all.

Cleaning. It is an absolute disaster. It needs to be refurbished. Manager on Duty was superb upon receiving criticism. She hinted the problem was mine for not having reported it before, however the cleaning and smell problem in common areas should have been detected by her, as she had 24hs for that.

I liked the assistant manager, She was always so friendly and helped my husband when he took our shampoo and conditioner bottles down to be filled on Sat morning because staff wouldn't fill it the night before.

I didn't like the fact there was no shower chair so I could take a shower, I am handicap and get around in a wheelchair. I booked the room through Accessablego.com/Booking.com and was told there would be a shower chair in our bathroom. Our first night there was Friday night and my husband wanted to take a shower after a long day at Comerica Park. My Husband ended up taking the refillable bottles for shampoo and conditioner down to the front office only to be told " We don't do that, house keeping does that", So I got on Door Dash and Ordered body wash and shampoo. The room was dirty accept for the bedding, Floors needed to be swept and mopped, the shower faucet was broken, the smoke detector was hanging out of the ceiling by its wires and the lamp next to the bed was just hanging off the light. I found wrappers in the recliner seat area down the sides, the dishwasher that was in our room what filthy on the outside, I didn't bother looking at the inside because we didn't use it, there was no coffee in the room by the coffee pot, there were no hand towels or shower matt- there was only 2 wash cloths and 2 small body towels, and one roll of toilet paper with the wrapper still on it. The Dresser, the first drawer had about 2 dozen rubber bands in it. The bed was so very uncomfortable especially for people who have a bad back, My husband and I felt we had been beat up after sleeping in the bed one night but sleeping in it for 2 was just not ideal.

It was close to many stores and it was in the middle of a lot of things that I had to do .its a good location. Very easy to find.
Negatives:
Seems like theres broken down cars in the parking lot the halls have a smell. The rooms didnt look like they did online mine was very dirty. I had to go purchase cleaning products. Also, no housekeepers came for two days I was there.

If youre staying here because of work for long periods of time that makes sense, but as of individual coming for a few

There were huge potholes in the parking area, and there is no wheelchair button at the main door. My room was pretty dirty when I checked in and housekeeping, never came for two days that I was there which was fine because I feel like I cleaned it better myself.
