Positives: Good water pressure, hot water. Tooth brush and toothpaste were given when I asked as I forgot mine. Breakfast area was clean and taken care of. Friendly staff. They do with what they have. It's the company who doesn't provide the right tools from what I've seen. TV was only upgraded item in the room.

Negatives: The halls smelled like smoke. The elevator walls were dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The light fixtures did work but were old. AC/heater vents were dirty. Carpet was dirty. Walls had stains. Water made a loud noise while using hot water.

Negatives: I didnt have any toilet tissue, the chair to the desk was broken and the room only had one towel and washcloth. Also, there was no sugar, cream or stirrer for the coffee!!
