The staff was wonderful... pleasant, informative, and helpful. As someone who has spent decades in Customer Service, I was impressed by the friendliness and outgoing manner of the front desk representatives who assisted us.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, we had to leave early. Our furry family member was not sleeping well, whether it be from the presence of other animals or maybe a high pitch noise. This is certainly not the fault of the establishment but will be a consideration next time we visit.

Liked that it had a fireplace and a hot tub in the room. That was the reason we booked the room. The staff was friendly.
Negatives:
It needs updating. There were scuffs and missing paint/trim in some places. And the hot tub was a little gross. The tub enamel was wearing off, so it looks dirty.
