We only booked this hotel for the complimentary free breakfast which they never had. Also, we only booked this hotel because it is one of the only hotels with an indoor pool. Neither one of these 2 items were listed at all- it was only shown that the pool is not in use after we booked the room which was way too late - so we had no choice then. Then we arrive and try to get breakfast and the ropes are tied off and there is only coffee. That was very disappointing.. We have stayed here many times and not thrilled about how this went.

The pool and hot tub was down didn't know until I got there by then it was to late to find something else. Not very good breakfast options so didn't eat there. Could have been better. Didn't like the door to enter the hall way in the bathroom.

Did not utilize breakfast this visit except to get coffee but breakfast is sparse though enough if in a rush.

1st floor room with 2 doors. Hall entry comes directly into bathroom. Made things a bit uncomfortable when using.

Well there was not much to choose from for breakfast. Only had toast and cereal. Also could make a waffles.
Negatives:
Could have had a better breakfast selection. Maybe eggs. Hardboiled or warm. Or bagels. Also the pool was broken and no discount for that. Also the Wi-Fi was down.

First my key didn't work so I had to trek all the way back (with my luggage) to the desk for a new one. Treked all the way back (my room was WAY down the hall). TV didn't work so I had to change rooms. No apologies from the front desk. Thermostat on the heat didn't work - if it was on it was about 85 degrees. Internet was spotty and kept kicking me off so I had to find a McDonald's to work. Shower kept going from warm to cold to scalding.
