Positives: The bed was comfortable.

Negatives: Room 122 is a for someone who has a mobility issue/disabled. The NON WORKING phone was reported after the first time I was given this room and that was March 2021. Not only is there a non-working phone, there are NO SAFETY bars in the shower. The shower seat is NOT safe as the attached arm isn't attached. Also, on this particular night, there was only one bath towel and one hand towel. There is ALWAYS two each of wash cloths, hand and bath towel, and a bath mat/towel.

Positives: the night staff was super friendly

Negatives: the lady running the front desk between 9am and 10am must be on some kind of power trip. I went to get ice and a soda halfway thru putting my property into my car. I couldn’t decide what kind of soda I wanted so I wlked back and forth between the machines few times. the woman just gets all sorts of upset with me and says” what is wrong with you!” in a condescending manner m. then she accused me of being on drugs and said she was calling the cops. she forced me to leave before I was ready

Positives: Nothing! Would have been more comfortable in H. H. Holmes’ Murder Castle or Bates Motel.

Negatives: Shower was difficult as shower head pointed at the wall. After shower Walking to the bed and my feet were black! Unclean, furniture in disarray and unstable. Air conditioner wasn’t working.
