Positives:
The room was spacious and modern with a full-sized kitchenette. Our king-sized suite was versatile enough for a couple like us or a small family. The continental breakfast included variety and was tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was clean.
Negatives:
Our kitchen sink was clogged. Due to the short nature of our stay, it wasn’t a problem for us. We reported the problem to the front desk before leaving and I hope it was fixed for the next guest.

Hotel did not clean the room even once. Every time we called the front desk to send someone to clean the room the answer was that we dont have housekeepers. Ac and heat unit was not working. Overall pretty bad experience. Will not recommend this hotel.

The room we were suppose to stay in was being occupied by someone and staff was unaware. Thankfully it didn’t turn into a bad situation. Our room key was also deactivated the next day because our new room was not updated in the system.

We checked in on Tuesday and I asked for the room to be cleaned on Wednesday. It was not , nor on Thursday. It was cleaned on Friday and I was told it would not be cleaned on Saturday or Sunday because they would be cleaning all the rooms that had checked out. Your rates are not budget and I would expect the room to at least have the bed made and bathroom cleaned more than once during our stay.
They were quick to provide extra towels, blankets cans pillows.
The rooms were very nice but it’s time to replace the blanket and bedspread, very worn.
Very comfortable for a long stay.
