The tub didn't close, so my child couldn't take a bath.
The pool was freezing cold, and the only reason we chose the hotel was because of the pool.

Staff is very accomodative. Place is very clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. We all slept like babies. Because of comfortable beds and pillows we stayed another day.
For future visits we will stay here only.
Negatives:
Missing Microwave. We have to go all the way to the front desk area to use it. At least if you provide one on each floor that will be nice.
