Negatives:
The room size was unacceptable for 3 people and the price was outrageous for what I received with room size. Also there was no room, to put anything. I paid 300$ for 2 nights and had to put stuff in my car because there was no room.

Its all good. Clean rooms facilities pool area. Staff was vary friendly and helpful. Breakfast on second day was short of items. This was understandable as there was a hockey tournament on that weekend

We were way over charged...

Not much. I wanted to pay cash but was not allowed. The room was so tiny you had to be careful not banging your shins on the dresser. The end of the bed only 6 inches apart. The heating fan constantly droning away noisily.

The hotel and staff were great and helpful, despite there being challenges with the reservation itself and their system.

Though there's clearly some issues with communication at the hotel itself, my main gripe is with the reservation issues resulting from booking online. We didn't get the room we booked, as it apparently doesn't exist at this property. It took forever to check in because they had no record of my reservation other than the confirmation I provided. Then the room they put us in was a king bed only. Not the double, twin, pullout sofa, and jacuzzi in the description of the room I booked. The 2 Q room they put us in after that hadn't been cleaned from last guests, but the 2 Q room after all that was clean and nice. It still wasn't what I booked and paid for though...
