Positives:
I never write reviews....but feel so strongly about this hotel, I'm hoping someone will listen. The only thing I liked was the location, very easy to get to and the view of the lake is stunning. Honestly, so many dislikes........read on!
Negatives:
The room was dirty. The floor, behind furniture and splatters of something all over the walls. I know this hotel is connect to the ice arena and probably has a lot of partiers, but this is not ok. Also, we were woken up several times by wild loud voices, stomping, etc. When we talked to the front desk it was clear this happens all the time and it wasn't a big deal to them. It was a huge deal to us. We have 2 special needs kids and all of us were up at 3am. Also, breakfast was the worst I've had in a hotel in a long time. No cooked eggs of any kind, all carbs. It was so below my expectations. We stay at hotels all the time, and I don't consider us picky.....but this was easily one of our worst hotel stays. Really did not meet Country Inn and Suites usual quality.

The room and bathroom was super clean, and neat. The staff was very helpful in assisting me in finding my appointment the next day.
Negatives:
The gym needs to open earlier then 6AM. I needed to work out by 430 AM, in order to make by business appointment.
