Clean room, comfortable and fresh bed, friendly and helpful staff at check in and check out. Good recommendation for breakfast restaurant nearby. Older hotel that strives to maintain cleanliness. Look forward to returning when visiting our granddaughter at Bemidji State University or Itasca State Park.

Location is near a grocery store and the curling club.
Negatives:
1. The breakfast area was never fully stocked. I had to load the utensils in the morning from under the cabinet. 2. The juice machine was broken. There is a community juice container in the mini fridge. 3. There was no hot coffee in the morning upstairs. The decaf was tepid. 4. There were no regular creamers upstairs, only downstairs. 5. The cereals weren't refilled. 6. The sauna wasn't working. 7. The "Work out" facility had 2 10 lb free weights, a flat workout bench, a stationary recumbent bike and two treadmills. 8. The Hotel is really hot. The stairwell apparently is the sauna. 9. We had to turn our unit to AC to cool the room down. 10. The cabinets in the breakfast area are covered in paint drips and chipping.

Positives:
The shower had good pressure and temperature. Bed was comfortable and tv selection was decent.
Negatives:
I chose this hotel based on location, continental breakfast and price. There was no breakfast out until another guest asked and all that was provided was stale cold cereal. There wasn't even a loaf of bread to make toast. No discount, just disappointment.

The location was perfect. Right where I needed to be. The beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
The breakfast was less than desirable. There was no juice or water. the coffee was luke warm. There was very little choice. The fresh fruit was wrinkled and wilty.

Breakfast was nonexistent until another guest asked, but all that was brought out was dry cereal. Management claims only cold options are available during the week, but there wasn't even a loaf of bread to make toast. No bakery or fruit. Very disappointing. Please update your listing to advertise correctly so customers can plan accordingly.

The pet deposit is rather high considering if there is damage they have my card on file already. It is not really a deposit as much as a fee since you don't get it back if the pets do not cause damage. The breakfast really wasn't very good.
