Unable to control heat in the room. thankfully there was a box fan in the closet, but I would expect better at a Hilton Bed was uncomfortable and the hotel seemed dated in interior

Well, our shower would fill with water VERY quickly. We'd be standing in ankle deep water in under 30 seconds, which tells me the drain is clogged. That was gross.

Expensive restaurant. When I got to my room, it overlooked the roof. Refrigerator did not work; phone did not work; no heat in the hotel, not converted over from summer AC. Too cool for me to shower. Wore a hoodie and clothes to bed, no microwave

The room was freezing and the thermostat did not work. Finally I had to turn it off so cold air did not blow on my bed. I slept fully clothed.
The free WiFi is very complicated to find - I guess you say you will pay honors but dont enter card? It continually falls out. Poor for 2023!
