Positives: I liked the convenience to the mall.

Negatives: For what I paid it was not what I expected. The room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed and why is there no microwave. I could go to a much less expensive hotel and get many more amenities. Overall probably won’t be staying here again due to the price and no amenities.

Negatives: We had to pay for parking and it was over $20, I think it would be nice to include that in a disclaimer when choosing a room.

Positives: The Fire Lake Restaurant is a plus for ambience and generally for the quality of the food and service.

Negatives: The room furniture is in need of repair or replacement. No instructions on the services available in the hotel - such as room service menus. Unusually dark elevator interiors and hallways. Card-operated entry to the floors and rooms could use better instructions such as to pull open or push the door open after card activation of the lock.

Positives: The location was perfect, staff was friendly, bed was comfortable. The bathtub was a deep soaking tub.

Negatives: We had a rainfall shower head so no water pressure in the shower. The pillows were soft and provided no support. It's $24 a day to self park.
