Its full of drugs and their dealers, surrounded by homeless, its dirty. Staff rented me a dirty room. Theyre rude. It has roaches. And you have to sign a paper giving the police permission to search your vehicle at any time basically because of all the bad people they rent to.

The place smell bad and also they said no smoking but yea it was full with crack heads ands smoke

I traveled from Rhode to Minnesota by car it was long journey and I was exhausted, and all I want was somewhere more comfortable and welcoming but not this location. It was definitely packed of crack heads and reeked of smoke both inside and outside the building, even though they insisted there was no smoking. The staff communications during my booking were appalling, and I will never book here again. Worse, when I went to check out in the morning, the lady stood outside the box talking to someone, her family, or whomever, and after five minutes, without even acknowledging that someone was waiting for her at the front desk, she came. Like I was pleading for the place. aggressively what do you want?

Losts of repairs going on in hallways , trash on the carpets hallway floors , toilet seat very loose ,bathtub had hair in the tub , bed sheet yellowish stains , pillow case had yellowish stains , comforter had cigarette burns on it , cigarette burn stains on room carpet , tenants was disgusting ,vehicles of tenants in parking lot old and windows knocked out and on flats
