Staff rude. Harassed and almost assaulted and probably would've been worse if I opened door. When asking staff to assist with predators standing outside my room they yelled at me to hurry and check out. I had to call my son to get me safely out of room
I'm in touch with my lawyer. And will be in contact with hotel legal team. Also haven't received my deposit back.
