If you cancel your reservation after Apr 20, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Positives: It was nice. Staff were friendly and room was definitely clean and maintained. Everything was easy and hassle free. Didn't have to walk a mile to my room and breakfast was decent!

Negatives: Working in lobby in morning the phone would ring for li g periods of time with no answer. A little annoying.

Positives: The room was big and they give lots of towels.

Negatives: There was a lot of smoking for it to be a smoke free building. The first room I was in I left because the people in the room below me were chain smoking. I moved to New room where people on both sides of me were chain smoking. The employee said there was nothing they could do about the smoking unless they catch them in the act. The bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The area for breakfast/reception was way to small. The walls were very thin you could hear people's conversations and the noise from the highway. Breakfast was limited, mostly bread and microwave sandwiches and it was never hot.
