I loked how close to everything it was.... that's about it.
Negatives:
I didn't like that "must have a major credit card for locals" technically wasn't a local. And failed to mention that on my reservation. Pool was very cold and hot tub looked really gross. Beds were super hard and the tub was icky.

Jared at the front desk went above and beyond to serve all of the guest. You can tell his job is very important to him and he enjoys it. Please give him a raise.

I was put in a room right next to the house cleaning supplies. House cleaning knocked on my door even though I had indicated at check in that I wouldn’t need my room cleaned.

My Kids loved the breakfast while we were there.

I didn't not like getting accused of smoking pot in our room and getting a $250 dollar charge for it. Nor did I like when I called to question this charge and what was going on, the snotty front desk person said, "Well you are the one that was smoking pot in your room, and it was verified by a manager." EXCUSE ME?! not so much! then all she could do was tell me the manager would call me back, no return call from the manager, I had to call back and talk to a different front desk person who was much kinder and more understanding and wanted to help get to the bottom of this and call the manager while I was on the phone with her to get instruction on a call back following day. good thing I get notified when my cards are charged, or I would have never seen the charge!!
