That our room was still not ready at 6 p.m to be checked into. Had to wait almost 45 minutes in the lobby with two young, hungry and exhausted kid’s, while the sweet front desk worker went up and prepared our room.

The hotel was very pretty. Decor was nice and modern. Pool with slide was cool.
Negatives:
The pool was very cold. Numerous people commented about how cold it was. Most adults like myself were visibly shivering. My son opted out of going back to the pool because it was that cold. The beds were also pretty hard. Me and my son both woke up numerous times because we were that sore from laying on the beds. The toilet sounded like it was not attached everytime you sat on it. And the bathroom door was brown from dirty hands.
