Negatives: , I booked to stay for the weekend. No one answered the number provided for the property. I eventually knocked on a door of what I thought was another guest, but I was a resident who said the place was converted to condos months ago! to drive from Chicago to Minnesota, I was pissed! but we ended up staying closer by for about the same price

Negatives: We have stayed there before but it was much cleaner then. Sofa/ sofa bed had obviously not been cleaned in a while. Lots of junk in it. Pool was broken and green

Negatives: The fact that I had booked this hotel 9 months ago for a Labor Day wedding when we are 7 hours away from home travel all day had confirmed my booking before we left get there at 9:00 at night on a Friday and was told that they overbooked and they tried to get a hold of me to tell me I no longer had a reservation and every hotel in the area is booked because it's a holiday and she was very very rude at the front desk which I find highly doubtful that they tried to contact me at all being I booked on here and all my information is there and I had just received a confirmation email prior.... I should have believed it's reviews before I even booked I would not recommend giving this place your credit card to book it or the confidence that you'll have a room when you need it

Negatives: Room carpet was soiled

Negatives: The bathroom, the tub and toilet were heavily stained and rusted. The carpet was so dirty my daughters feet were black from walking on it barefoot. The kitchen table was wobbly and unstable. The shelf in the bathroom was broken in the closet and there was glass on the patio. The neighbors above me kept throwing trash down in front of my door

Negatives: I didn't stay ..the room smelled of smoke and I was told there were no other rooms.

Negatives: Everything was bad. The upkeep of the ground was poor. The room was horrible.

Negatives: It was not what was pictured on the website. They use the pictures from another hotel or very old pictures if it’s the same hotel. The pool was done and had been done for at least a month. There is no bed and breakfast there. They did not have a crib in the room as they said they wood. When I called and ask for one to be brought they just said okay and never brought it. The carpet was stained, the door second lock did not work, the lights where taped up, the bedroom smelled like weed, the bed was dirty. All around awful.

Negatives: There was a little bit of a weird smell in the room and it had left over trash on the porch from people before and construction was all over property. The pool was closed and no breakfast.

Negatives: The main reason we chose this hotel was for the outdoor pool. The pool was absolutely disgusting and looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned or maintained in a long time. The water was filthy green, there was trash (including glass bottles) and broken chairs all over the fenced-in area, and a light with an electrical cord hanging out of the pool. We checked the pool 24 hours later, and not one thing had been cleaned up. In the room the bathroom was tiny and gross. The toilet and shower had permanent stains. The room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Negatives: We learned that the property is in transition. It will not be available for overnight or short-term stays in the future.
