There were old fries under the desk, bathroom was old outdated and there was back around the new caulking they had put in. Carpets didn't seem clean, and the headboard didn't look like it had been cleaned recently. Bad smell (old) when you walked in.

This hotel is an older building but very well maintained. Very clean and every staff member was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was very good with a different daily selection. The biscuits and gravy were my personal favorite. Highly recommend

Nothing. No staff member in n duty to greet us and check us in. After 30 min of being on the phone with 1-800 comfort inn employees phone, he walks out and acts like we woke him!
I communicated my feelings on his lack of communication, disrespect and inappropriate behavior after trying to check in at midnight and no service until 12:30 and then he threatened to not check us in.
I told him his behavior was unacceptable and rude. The company needs to fire him after reviewing the cameras.
I want follow up and left a message from the GM and still no call back after leaving a detailed message.
We had to go to another hotel. They didnt honor their commitment or service.
I was a Director of Sales at a Holiday Inn in Indiana and NEVER would this ever happen. I am appalled at the unprofessionalism, no apologies made and no service. Ridiculous.
