It felt so safe even to walk around in the parking lot at night which is something I really appreciate.The place is huge, breakfast is great, beds are so cozy, they handle all issues quickly and professionally. Just wish they had a hot tub in the gazebo that would be so cool.

The staff during the day could not follow through with what was told to us we ended up getting told we can't rent there anymore because of confusion over a late check out.

I liked this place when I stayed in previous visits.
Negatives:
I didn't like that even tho I prepaid for the room and was able to attempt to check in until the morning I was due to check out due to snow removal. I was hoping to check in from 6:30am till 11am check out just to get a little rest before getting back to work. No refund and cancel my reservation yet booking.com showed it was still active. Contacted support from the website, at this point I'm irritated and wanted a new date for one night stay considering I just wanted what was left of my original stay the guy was no help at all.

The breakfast selection was great. The dining area was very clean and a welcoming environment.
Negatives:
The staff at the desk didn't have the best attitude at check-in or check out. wish There was some kind of celebration or evening reception, especially considering the holiday.
