Positives:
Got to the hotel 5 minutes before check in and they told us we couldn’t check in until after 3 that their policy stated that they couldn’t do it.
Tv only worked for 30 minutes then wouldn’t work again. Went to call front desk and the phone didn’t work. Went to the front and waited for 25 minutes for someone to show up. They came to the room and couldn’t fix the tv or the phone and said they couldn’t do anything do for us.
Found hair in the bed when I pulled the covers back. Found hair in the shower.
Couldn’t control the temperature in the room. Was always hotter than outside.
Only positive is we went for a concert and it was walking distance to the concert. Beds were hard as rock. Smelt like pool in the room. Vending machines only worked on one floor. No ice machines worked. Fridge didn’t stay cool enough to cool down anything.
Do not waste your time or money.
