Somehow booking did not send over my reservation. The hotel was fortunately not at capacity and they were able to accommodate me and accommodate me at the same rate. Every single person we encountered working at the hotel was so absolutely kind. The room was clean and fresh. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of space to hang out in the room.

Great location, amazing breakfast choices, very clean, filtered water station was great.

The handle on the shower kept coming off, but it was easy to out back on and did not mess up the water pressure or temperature.

I was sold on amenities that ended up not being available (shuttles to target center, unavailable to staffing), requested towels and towels, and housekeeping daily before 10 (never followed thru), parking unsite was not included (like I was told)
