The rate for parking was higher than advertised when booked and it was not explained that there were 2 rates for parking. One option was cheaper without in/out privileges.
Positives:
Britney , front desk helped us like she knew us forever . Made us feel right at home .

So Called Restaurant . Didn’t help us or even acknowledge our waiting to order . Went back to our room and ordered out from local businesses .
