I absolutely loved the whole experience! From the moment I stepped out of my Uber with my bags, I was greeted by Jerome who helped me with my bags and showed me around. Then, at check in, I was offered a complimentary root beer which was delicious! When I got to my room I opened a hand written note welcoming me to the hotel and Minneapolis. I even opened the fridge to find a plate of gorgeous fruit!
I love that you have mild with the tea/ coffee machine as so many other places I have stayed don't have this. Then every day my room was made up I found two chocolates on my bed!
The staff couldn't have been friendlier and I felt my whole experience I was constantly surprised and delighted!
What an absolutely fantastic experience! I will be staying with The Marriott across the Globe going forwards!
