Negatives:
Very long line to check in, the process took over an hour. Staff was not educated on check in process and parking process. The carpet in our room was dirty especially around the doors. Bathroom floor and tub were also dirty, especially in the corners.
Four of us stayed in the room, we only had 3 towel and 2 glasses, we called several times for more supplies with no answer. I would never recommend staying at this location again.

Check in was very poor, long lines due to an event and not enough staff. Was a 45 minute wait in line. Housekeeping did not clean up dishes outside our room from previous occupancy and it was still there when we left. Room was extremely warm and thermostat kept going back to 77 degrees. Bar closed at 12 a.m. and no food available after 10pm. Nothing is around the hotel for a quick bite.

The bathroom was disgusting.we stayed in room 720, the toilet seat had a yellow ring from being so old and peoples butts staining it. The shower head leaked to the side and would not drain properly. their was no fan in the bathroom to suck out moisture so when u took a shower the entire ceiling would become covered in due dropps that u know will eventually turn to mold if this issue is not fixed. Also their were stains on our hand towels hanging up. The sleeping area looked clean, but we found a feather im assuming from the last occupant, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.
