We had a King size room, and the bed was so comfortable!! And the pillows weren't rock hard or flat! It was nice and peaceful. You couldn't hear anyone walking past your room, and talking, which is a plus!!! The room and bathroom was very clean. I would definitely stay here again!!

Booking.com and the property didn’t agree with the amount to charge me for. I paid before I got there but the property said booking.com’s card declined, because there was a discrepancy on the expected payment. If I didn’t say anything I would have been charged $300 on a $150 room, plus a deposit in case things were broken, so $400. It ended up being fixed, but it sucks I have to deal with that in the first place. The staff was nice about everything. We also had to pull the room door very hard to get it to lock and unlock.

Check in was a breeze. The professional that helped us check in was expedient, thoughtful, and personable. We can’t remember her name, but she was working at around 5:00pm on Friday 11/24/2023. Her warm nature really kicked our night off the right way! We really hope you share this with the staff. Our check out was great too. The whole staff was just so kind and thoughtful. Thank you!

We loved our stay. The room had an amazing view, and we both agreed it was the most comfortable hotel(or resort) bed we have ever slept on. We didn’t love the 3 elevators it took to leave or get to our room, but luckily we were only staying for the night. We also understand that this is something that cannot be helped.
