We booked the room online, when we arrived, they did not have us in their system. Took 45 minutes to clean a room at 7pm. There was no phone in the room. At 3:30am someone knocked, opened the door with a key and said Housekeeping. The chain stopped.
Negatives:
Front desk staff was the one who opened the door and yelled housekeeping, and the chain stopped them. When confronted acted like this is normal and did not apologize. Next morning had attitude and stated this is normal as they clean rooms then. Terrible
